1. About Landerr

Landerr ("we", "our", "the Service") is a web-based landing page builder that allows users to create, edit, and export HTML websites. Landerr is operated as an independent product and uses Supabase for authentication and data storage.

2. Information We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, your display name. This is processed by Supabase Authentication and stored securely in our Supabase project.

Project Data

We store the projects you create, including page structure and block content, in our Supabase database. This data is associated with your account and is not shared with third parties.

Cookies & Local Storage

• Authentication cookie — a session token set by Supabase to keep you logged in (essential, cannot be disabled).
• Preference cookie — stores your UI preferences such as sidebar state (functional).
• AI key storage — if you configure an AI provider key, it is stored only in your browser's localStorage. We never transmit this key to our servers.

Usage Analytics

We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We may collect aggregate, anonymised usage metrics (e.g. number of projects created) via Supabase's built-in logging for operational purposes only.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and improve the Landerr service.
• To authenticate you and associate your projects with your account.
• To respond to support requests.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

4. AI Features

The Landerr AI feature is entirely optional. When enabled, you provide your own API key from a third-party provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek, xAI, Groq, or Mistral). Your key is stored in your browser only. When you send a message, your browser sends the request directly to the provider's API using your key — Landerr servers are not involved in this transaction. The AI feature is labelled "Landerr AI" in the interface but it is powered by the provider you configure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will process it within 3 business days. Backups may retain the data for up to 30 days after deletion.

6. Your Rights

• Access — you can view all your projects at any time within the app.
• Correction — you can update your name in Settings.
• Deletion — you can request full deletion of your account and all associated data via the Settings page. We will respond within 3 business days.
• Portability — you can export all your pages as .zip files at any time.

7. Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your account and all data stored by Landerr (including projects stored in our Supabase database): open Settings → Data & Privacy → Request Data Deletion. We will acknowledge your request by email within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 3 business days. Deletion is irreversible.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is secured via Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) policies, meaning each user can only access their own data. AI API keys are never transmitted to our servers.

9. Children's Privacy

Landerr is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us to have it removed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. We will notify users by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
